Search for anything (staff only)

Desktop/laptop

1. To open the Cohort application on your desktop computer or laptop, in your Internet browser, go to https://hiberniacollege.moxtra.com.

2. Log in with your Hibernia College Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials, if required.

3. In the top-right corner of the Home window, select the Search box.

   

4. In the Search box that appears, enter your search term and press Enter.

   

    The search results appear and are organised in different categories across four tabs:
Messages, Files, To-Dos and Meetings.


   

5. Use the filters to narrow your search by conversation, user and date/time.

   

6. Select a highlighted search term to take you directly to the conversation that it appears in.

   

    The conversation opens and the search result is highlighted with a yellow background
that fades away after a few seconds.

   

7. To return to the search results, in the top-right corner of the Home window, select the
Search box.

   

8. The search results appear again. To start a new search, select Clear and enter a new
search term.

   

Mobile

1. Open the Cohort app  on your mobile device.

2. At the top of the Conversations screen, select the Search icon .

   

    The Search screen appears.

   

3. In the Search box, enter your search term and select the Search icon on your device.

   

4. The search results appear and are organised in different categories across four tabs:
Messages, Files, To-Dos and Meetings.

   

5. Use the Filter to narrow your search by conversation, user and date/time.

   
   

6. Select a highlighted search term to take you directly to the conversation that it appears in.

7. To return to the search results, in the top-right corner of the conversation, select the
Search icon .

   

8. Start a new search or select a recent search.
