Search in documents or files for multi-word terms

Note: In the mobile version of the Cohort app, this search feature is only available within a conversation.

1. Open the Cohort app  on your mobile device and open the conversation you want to view.

2. To search for a multi-word term in documents or files, select the Search icon.

3. In the Search box, enter the multi-word term you are searching for.
    Note: To search for a multi-word term as a single item, enclose the words in double quotation marks.
    Any files or documents that contain the multi-word term appear under the Search box.

Note: If you see multiple instances of the same file or document in the search results, this means that the searched multi-word term appears on more than one page in that file or document. You can select each instance in the search results to view each page.

4. Select the file or document you want to view.
