Create a To-Do
Desktop/laptop
There are several ways to add a To-Do to a conversation. Here, we will show you how to create one using the To-Do tab.
1. To open the Cohort application on your desktop computer or laptop, in your Internet browser, go to https://hiberniacollege.moxtra.com.
2. Log in with your Hibernia College Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials, if required.
3. Go to Your Projects/Timeline and open the conversation that you want the To-Do to appear in.
4. To create a To-Do, in the top-right corner of the conversation, select the To-Do icon .
5. Select the Add To-Do button.
6. Enter the task details such as subject, description, due date, who the task is assigned to and so on. You can also flag the task as important by selecting Mark Important and set a reminder by selecting Remind me and choosing a date and time for the reminder.
Note: Add Subject is a required field in a To-Do.
7. When the details have been entered, select the Add To-Do button.
The To-Do will appear as an Open item in the conversation.
Mobile
1. Open the Cohort app on your mobile device.
2. Select the conversation that you want the To-Do to appear in.
3. To create a To-Do, in the top-right corner of the conversation, select the To-Do tab.
4. At the lower-right of the screen, select +Add.
5. Enter the task details such as subject, description, due date, who the task is assigned to and so on. You can also flag the task as important by selecting Mark Important and set a reminder by selecting Remind me and choosing a date and time for the reminder.
Note: Add Subject is a required field in a To-Do.
6. At the top-right of the screen, select Add.
The new To-Do task will appear as an Open item in the conversation.
