In line with the Appeals Policy, applications for reviews and appeals are submitted in the following circumstances.

Students can seek a review of provisional summative assessment decisions of an assessor prior to their ratification by the Board of Examiners. Students have 5 working days to apply for a review of a grade released to them during the programme.

Students can appeal:

• Decisions on summative assessment outcomes ratified by a Board of Examiners
• Conduct of a review process
• The decision of any College decision-making authority
• A decision about the recognition of prior learning

Students normally have 5 working days to apply for an appeal of a decision made by the College.
