Once you are conferred at the graduation ceremony, you will be presented with your parchment and diploma supplement, and you will then be a graduate of the College. You will also become a member of the Hibernia College Alumni Association. More information can be found at https://hiberniacollege.com/alumni/. Please note that any student who has a balance outstanding with the College will not be permitted to graduate.

What happens if I miss the graduation ceremony?

We can organise postage of your parchment and diploma supplement if you were unable to attend the graduation.

What happens if I need to order a duplicate parchment?

If you are a graduate from previous years and have misplaced or lost your parchment, please contact the awarding body Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) directly. You can contact them at https://qhelp.qqi.ie/learners/.
