Technical Support
Our Technical Support team can assist you with any IT-related queries, including:

  • Accessing webinars and tutorials using ZOOM. TM
  • Uploading and submitting your work
  • Accessing and engaging with your course content
  • Updating passwords and profiles
  • Technical queries about MyHELMS and other College systems

Programme Administration

The Programme Administration team is your main point of contact for student matters throughout the programme. Each cohort will have a dedicated programme administrator. Your programme administrator and the team can help you with a variety of queries, including:

  • Assessments (non-academic queries)
  • Professional placement
  • Face-to-face classes and webinars
  • General queries

Student Support

The Student Support Officer provides non-academic support if you need advice or are experiencing difficulties during your programme. The Student Support Officer also holds regular online clinics where you can book a one-to-one appointment. Please do not hesitate to contact the Student Support Officer if you are:

  •     Experiencing personal difficulties or an emergency situation that is affecting your studies
  •     Looking for information on the non-academic supports available
  •     Seeking information on the disability and learning support policy
  •     Seeking information on College procedures and policies, such as deferral
  •     Seeking to give feedback on College- or programme-related matters
  •     In need of guidance or direction on supports and pathways available
