Files
Your digital portfolio has a file storage area that allows you to upload documents, images and other files to use on your pages.
Note: The maximum storage allowed in your entire portfolio is 50 MB. You can see how much storage remains as you upload files.
Upload a file
Select the Main menu icon .
Select Create.
Select Files.
In the Upload file area, select Choose Files.
Browse the files on your local device, select the file you want to upload and select Open.
A message briefly appears to let you know that the file successfully uploaded.
To edit the details of the uploaded file, select the Edit icon beside the file.
Here, you can change the name, add a description and add tags to your file to help you search for it later.
Select Save changes.
Create a folder
It is good practice to organise your files into folders for easy access.
Select the Main menu icon .
Select Create.
Select Files.
Enter the name of the folder you want to create into the box and select Create folder.
The new folder name appears in the Home area.
Add a file to a folder
Select the Main menu icon .
Select Create.
Select Files.
Move down to the Home list.
You can add a file to a folder in one of two ways:
Hover over the file icon to the left of the file name until the Move icon appears.
Drag the selected file to the folder.
Or
Select the file icon to the left of the file name.
A list of the available folders appears.
Select the folder to which you want to add the file.
Select the folder to view the new file in the folder.
Move a file out of a folder
If you want to move a file out of a folder and put it at the Home level:
Select the Main menu icon .
Select Create.
Select Files.
Move down to the Home list.
Select the name of the relevant folder.
You can move a file out of a folder in one of two ways:
Hover over the file icon to the left of the file name until the Move icon appears.
Drag the selected file to Parent folder.
Or
Select the file icon to the left of the file name.
Select Move to Parent folder.
Edit a folder
Select the Main menu icon .
Select Create.
Select Files.
Move down to the Home list.
To the right of the folder that you want to edit, select the Edit icon .
The Edit folder section appears. Here, you can change the folder name, add or change the description and add or delete tags. If you want to enable comments from the people you share the folder with, select the Comments option button to change it to On.
Select Save changes.
