 Add a reminder to a To-Do

Desktop/laptop

1. To open the Cohort application on your desktop computer or laptop, in your Internet browser, go to https://hiberniacollege.moxtra.com.

2. Log in with your Hibernia College Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials, if required.

3. Go to Your Projects/Timeline and open the conversation that contains the relevant To-Do.

4. To add a reminder to a To-Do in this conversation, at the top-right of the conversation, select the To-Do icon .

5. To open the detailed view, select the To-Do.

6. Select Remind me.

   

7. Choose a date and time for your reminder.

     Note: The reminder date and time do not appear under the To-Do; you must open the detailed view to see them.

 

Mobile

1. Open the Cohort app  on your mobile device.

2. To add a due date to a To-Do, in the top-right corner of the conversation, select the To-Do tab.
3. To open the detailed view, select the relevant To-Do.
4. Select Remind me.
    
5. From the calendar that appears, select a date.
6. Select OK.
7. Select a time for your reminder.
8. Select OK.
    Note: The reminder date and time do not appear underneath the To-Do; you must open the detailed view to see them.
