Read messages

Desktop/laptop

1. To open the Cohort application on your desktop computer or laptop, in your Internet browser, go to https://hiberniacollege.moxtra.com.

2. Log in with your Hibernia College Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials, if required.

3. Go to Your Projects/Timeline and open a conversation.
    If you see a conversation that has a badge with a number in it, this means that there are unread messages in this conversation. The number denotes how many messages.

4. Under Your Projects/Timeline, select the conversation where you want to view the unread message. The conversation you can read the unread message.

Cohort marks messages as read as soon as you open the conversation.

Mobile

1. Open the Cohort app  on your mobile device.

If you see a conversation that has a badge with a number in it, this means that there are unread messages in this conversation. The number denotes how many unread messages.

2. Select the conversation you want to view.
