You can sync your MyHELMS calendar with other calendar applications. You might find this useful to add reminders to your calendar. We recommend that you only sync short periods because information for longer periods may be inaccurate due to calendar updates.

To sync your MyHELMS calendar with Gmail:

1. On the MyHELMS home page, select Calendar.

2. Select Export calendar.

3. Using the radio buttons, select the desired date range for the events you are going to export, and then select Get calendar URL.

4. Log in to your Gmail account.

5. In Gmail, select the Apps button.

6. Select Calendar.

7. To the right of Other Calendars, select the + button.

8. Select From URL.

Note: Calendar dates are subject to change. You should also refer to your online calendar in MyHELMS for the most accurate information. Your online calendar may also contain additional information as new events are added during the semester.
