Attendance at a face to face class is logged in the Live Events section on each of the module pages on MyHELMS. To access this section:

1. On the MyHELMS Home page, scroll down and select on Study Now.

2. Under My Modules select on Enter module hub under Faculty Hub. 

2. On the Faculty Hub page, select on PMEP or PMEPP Quick Links. (This example will mark attendance for the a primary pedagogy 2 face to face class.)

3. On the PMEP Quick Links page, select the module (in this example Pedagogy 2). 

4. On the module page select on Live Events.

5. In the Live Events area, select Pedagogy 2 Attendance.

6. Select on All on the top right to see all attendance links. Click on the play icon beside your assigned group.

7. Student attendance can be recorded using the P (Present), L (Late), E (Excused) and A (Absent) options. Select a status option for each student. Then, select Save attendance.
